We have the patience to help you find a new home. We understand that buying a home is an enormously important undertaking and that proceeding at your pace is what you really want. We'll take the time to sit down with you, ask what you're looking for in a home, and then find you that home. If we have to show you 30 homes to find the one that's right for you, we'll be happy to do so... It's all a part of going the extra mile for our clients.

We have great relationships with many local lenders, whom we know we can trust to find the financing best-suited to your needs. - Market analysis
We take the time to validate the asking price of every home you are considering purchasing by doing a market analysis of comparable homes that have recently sold in the neighborhood. - Contract Preparation
We know how to write a strong contract. The stronger your contract, the better your chances of getting your dream home. - Guidance
Contract negotiations can be tough. We take our responsibility to look out for our clients' interests very seriously and will provide you with excellent advice. - Details, Details, Details...
We coordinate your settlement, termite inspection, radon inspection, and appraisal, attend the home inspection, maintain close contact with your lender to ensure timely settlement, ensure the seller has complied with the terms of the contract (especially with respect to home inspection items), and attend the final walk-through! - Attend Closing
We'll be there to make sure everything goes as planned. - Post-Settlement
